well - you've made a great start. Here are suggestions:

1)Think about your audience - try to make your site as "lifestyle" as you can. Look here for an idea of what I mean http://www.easilyhealthy.co.uk/ - large pictures, less text

2) i have to scroll for ages to see your welcome - not the best.

Hello Francisco,
I had the same reaction that Micah did. It is almost as if the page design/layout is inverted from normal web-style. For me, you are trying to make the "home page" do too much. Compare your homepage with this one: http://www.positivecoach.org/
Positive coach is laid out and designed to make me want to 'click and enter.' That is the goal of the home page - - to entice in.

A couple of good suggestions so far.
I would add a suggestion to drop that popup. At the very least set it to occur only one time per session or better once within a given period of time. Frankly it's very annoying to have it stuck in your face every time you go to the home page. $.02
