howdy all
by chance, is there a limitation on how many meta-tag keywords you can use?
just wondering.

Most major SE's ignore the keyword metatags now due to overabuse.
(spamming keywords hundreds of times)
Se's look at the text of your page much more readily now. So your keywords should be built into your pages as relevant text to the topic.
Keep your keyword count from 12-20% of the total text.
spamming keywords on a page can also lead to being penalized by some Search engines.
Using hidden text can also lead to being penalized
In the keyword meta tag you should definitely impose a limit.
Also Use 2-3 word keyword phrases, rather than indivual keywords alone.
Do not repeat a keyword more than 3 times in the meta tag

Robots.txt is used to allow and disallow bots/spiders. It is a file that you can create from scratch. I normally use notepad however you can use any TEXT editor. Do not use ANY editor that adds to the background, example MS Word. I FTP the file when complete and do not "publish" it with FP.
