This was quite nice. I did get the sense of something slightly musty, but couldn't discern just what was dated about this article.
What exactly has changed? (-Am not a billable expert just yet)!

With oveture and other PPC you can get instant results. Also there was a good thread on PR buying http://www.frontpagewebmaster.com/m-163256/tm.htm
Also you can place ads on sites that are authoritative to drive traffic. These are just a few thoughts.
