I do. Opera might be my default browser but I still use NN a lot. So do several million other people. Now please don't take this the wrong way .... Ummmm in my experience a lot of designers don't like NN because it doesn't let them away with some things that IE does. The classic example is the missing </body> tag, IE "forgives" it NN doesn't. But it's not the only one - lots of people "forget" to </p> - that's just sloppy coding. OOOH aren't a lot of "professionals" going to get a horrid shock when they discover that Microsoft really meant it when they said that all versions of IE after the shortly to be released ie6 are going to be much much much more in conformity with the w3c guidelines. That doesn't mean a worse browser it does mean that coding is going to have to be checked a bit more thoroughly. BTW There are also bugs in IE and Opera. Complex software inevitably involves bugs. Even software that isn't complex frequently involves bugs. Lots of "professional" web designers also sneer at those who use Front Page and would like to burn it to ashes. At least thats what they say - then when you go to check their sites and look at their metatags what do you see? Why you see this of course: <meta name="GENERATOR" content="Microsoft FrontPage 4.0"> <meta name="ProgId" content="FrontPage.Editor.Document"> "IE is the best, there's no doubt." well yes and no. Actually "no" not in my opininon *for me personally* opera is the one. Please note I did emphasise "for me personally." Why? I find it to less buggy and a *lot* faster than anything else I've seen. The thing is this if it was just an IE world IE wouldn't stay good for long - why not? Because there'd be very little incentive for it to be fixed any time it broke. In any case the whole point of the internet is choice. Choice of browser, choice of where to go, choice of where not to go, choice of how to view someone's web pages. Lots of designers forget that.
