On a new site I've just put together for a friend:

http://www.fourbeatstofreedom.com

Not quite finished - but most of it is there.

I liked your site. Easy to navigate, simple, keeps your attention. Tell your friend good luck!

I agree. Just took a cursory look before heading home.

Must be a travel explosion going on in New Zealand...sites are springing up like crazy...

Hi Janet,

Nice menu

I read a lot of the stuff on the site, makes interesting reading.

One thing that bugs me - not particularly with your site but it's an issue with FP Navigation. How does anyone know where a link labelled "Up" will take them, I think there's another one which is "Next" (not on your site). Maybe a bit out of context here but I just saw it on your page and had to mention it - couldn't keep it bottled up any longer

The links on this page are leading to your hard drive http://www.fourbeatstofreedom.com/charities.htm

As a personal preference I like the font size a bit smaller with photos breaking up the text- putting the content adjacent in cells of tables instead of below.

Best of luck with the site and the project.

Cheers
Andy

Thanks Andy
(I think it's a b....y nice menu too )

I did have one problem with it - in that it seems to screw up tables - or the tables screw it up - not sure which.

On the page http://www.fourbeatstofreedom.com/route.htm
I wanted to put the map in the middle and pics around the edges - but it did STRANGE things to the cell that contains the menu.

The answer might be to use two separate tables, rather than have the menu in the top row of a single table - I'll have to fiddle.

I also forgot to upload a few pics! (and forgot to take a few 'experiments out!)

I get your point about the 'UP' - I don't know if you can rename it in some way - I feel another 'fiddle' coming on!

For anyone who wants a free message board - I'm VERY impressed with IKONBOARD. I've now got three up - they're great - and come with lots of help and support.

Thanks to all for the feedback.

Hi.

In NN 4.7 the hoof print graphic is hanging off the right side of the blue header a little bit.

Some of the graphics are not showing on the Who Will Benefit page. The code is pointing to your D drive, as mentioned before.

In your menu, sometimes you have two words capitalized and sometimes the second word is lower case.

Like Andy, I think it would look a lot better with the pictures interspersed with the text. You could even align them right and/or left.

You also need to check font consistency. I saw at least two pages that were going back to default...both under The Country...but I did not look at all the pages.

Best wishes,
Sandy

Nice site...

Only one thing, in IE 4.0, the drop-down menus do not work.

Good luck,

Looks really nice. I wish her luck with her venture. I believe there are a few words that are mixed up, but it could be correct for New Zealand. Good luck and looked good in IE!
