My first suggestion would be to use real hardwood charcoal. There's not much wood in Kingsford, it's mostly fillers and binders 8^) If you haven't tried it yet get yourself an injector too. They are awesome!I too would make the smoker pictures bigger after croping out everything other than the smoker and accesories. Dump the FrontPage logo and move down the #3.
Beyond that I would reduce the text size overall to 10pt.
Seems that you have more pages than necesary too. The BBQ info page doesn't really have any information about barbecue. I would put the smokers info there with small pictures of each and their explanation instead of having a page called smokers that links to 2 more pages with the descriptions.
Get the number of pages down and it will be much easier to keep the navigation consistent with links to all the major sections.
On the survey I noticed you can only choose one type of smoker. You use two types, why can't I? My favorite meat to smoke wasn't listed either. (pork loins)
