Yes, it is.

If you're not adept with Swish or Flash, then you should contact the woman who designed that template, Marr, at info@stureillydesign.com and get a price from her for customising the image used on the site.

Be aware that you will have to either provide a suitable image or be prepared to pay for stock photogrpahy, which will rin from $30 up.
