Please can some one look at our site? - 7/21/2001 20:42:00
Hi everyone,

I have created a web site on behalf of an International footballer, and would like your constructive comments.

Many people have commented on how good it looks and how easy it is to get the info they need, but I would like someone with a more trained eye to have a look.

I'd like to know what I have done well, what is not so good, and what I can do to improve it.

I am new at web authoring, and have found FP 2002 from office XP easy to use.

Feel free to e-mail me with your comments.

The web address is http://www.anthonyrougier.com

Many thanks
Jason

Hi Jason,

I spent 3 years as a student in Reading and went to a few games at Elm Park, it's disappeared now, right? The highlight was a 4-2 away for Ipswich in 1985/6.

Site looks smart, you've got to sort out the poll problem and there are a few superfluous buttons there, like the weather and the Excite search. I'd put that in a less prominent positon, same as the time and date, move the title up and make it go right across the screen, put the date/time below and the search, if you want to include it,where you have the temperatures.

Best of luck with the site.

Cheers
Andy

WOW lots of stuff going on. It took a long time to load the default page. I think there is too much blinking and animation going on- it confuses what the page is about.
The upper right hand box to vote is outside the frame and I get a POLL error when I use it.
I would try dividing the data up into several pages so they load faster and give a more organized appearance.
just a thought

The site was to large for the screen ( horizintal scroll bar required ) IE 5.5. You need to set the table size to % 100
