Your Input Please - 7/22/2001 20:33:00
Hello everyone, I finally finished my site, it's just over 170 pages. Anything that you have to say about it is fine: colors, content, naviagtion, ANYTHING! Thanks in advance.racquetballx.com ------------------ Ed Mazur racquetballx.com

Hi Ed,Looks smart enough to me, and the layout is fine. A thing that struck me is that all your main links from the top bar lead to link pages - wouldn't it be a good idea to have a bit of explanation of what each section is about, and maybe a paragraph on the Home Page about Raquet Ball. I have no idea what it is - sorry The green and yellow work fine but I'd change the default link colour to smarten it up a bit - have a look at Stylesheets and see what you think. Best of luck with the site, you must have spent hours and hours setting it up. Cheers Andy ------------------ Internet Business Solutions S.L. (Spain) Dreamweaver Users Forum

What would you suggest as a different default link color instead of the blue?As for the other links: active and visited, I have them both set to blue as well. I currently have a red rollover. Should I have different colors for the visited links? ------------------ Ed Mazur racquetballx.com

Hi! I like the site. I've played a little bit of racquetball, and hope to play more soon, so I'll be coming back. Two things: (1) I'd like to see a primer on basic tips (strategy, etc). (2) I'd move the Link Exchange banner from the top of each page, unless you are required to keep it there for some reason. One banner asked me to take a compatibility test--- not what I went to the site for. That location is prime real estate. I'd put real advertising there, or something else. Oh, and you might want to think about creating a section with addresses of raquetball courts/clubs for people who may be interested in playing. I realize that this would be a big task, but users could add locations that they know about. ------------------ ~Rob HyperText Design Find Anything For Only $4.99!

Thanks for the feedback everyone! As for the advertising at the top of the page, how would I go about getting real advertisers? I'm kind of a newbie on that subject! Thanks again everyone! ------------------ Ed Mazur racquetballx.com
