There are two main problems that I see:

1. You are using absolute positioning - this will always cause problems in NN
2. You have used a line height inline style - again causes problems in NN

The other problem is the sheer size of your graphics - the main title graphic is 30455 bytes - way too big. I reduced it to half that sixe using the optimiser from www.xat.com. You need to use some sort of omtimisation on all your images or altrenately rethink the number of them on this page.

Using all images on a page like this gives search engines very little to see - you could help things in this respect by adding alt text.

Two drawbacks I noticed were the slow load time (probably due to the graphics size as Abbyvet mentioned) and the side to side scroll - a real turn off for most people.

how about adding some ALT information for those machine readers? You can use the tags to tell more information about where the user is about to go.

How about adding some navigation besides next and back. I also think you should give people the option to click to enter or something. I would have left waiting for the refresh if I was just surfing and not critiquing.
