Hi Ross,

I thought the site looked very professional. Only thing I wasn't so keen on was the search options, they all seemed a bit squashed together, maybe a bit of cell padding and alternate background cell colours would sort it out.

Best of luck with it

Cheers
Andy

Ross,
Nice site. I have one marketing suggestion. Since the point of any real estate marketing is to get phone calls you want to stress your office listings. Why not put a search function on the "Our Listings" page. If I go to the "search all listings" area where I can set criteria I will also see information about the competition. Your listing page shows something like 163 listings and few folks will go through screen after screen to get to the price range and type of property they are looking for. The point is to keep them in your camp.

Paula.. I totally agree with your point. But, the right hand frame of the search page is a link to the multiple listing service and we cannot perform a search with options in 'only' our listings. Your right, no one will go frame by frame to get through our listings. But we thought it impressive that we have 160 (in our area that is a lot) so that information may bring in new listings.
Were going to ask the MLS (multiple listing service) to do what you suggest but it may be a while.

I really appreciate your suggestion..
Thank you. -Ross
