Nice crisp informative site - loads quickly too. I looked at it using opera 5.12 and Internet Explorer 5.5. One point: When viewed in opera your navigation links expand a little too much for the cells in which they are contained. This is because diffferent browsers interpret css differently rather than anything you've done. You could expand the table a bit i suppose but to be honest I don't think it'd be worth the effort at present. It is worth your while being aware of this issue however because Opera is in fact much closer to w3c compliance than IE 5.5 and Microsoft have repeatedly stated that their succeeeding versions of IE will be much more compliant (read less forgiving) than current ones. There is a fair amount of evidence to suggest that they mean it. Very good site - does exactly what yuo wanted it to do, my compliments. Kind regards, Mark [This message has been edited by gorilla (edited 08-17-2001).]

This site has the same &bull problem as the animal site.I would suggest, on this site, cutting down a little on the table borders. They are a little overwhelming. I do like the tennis court on the index page, though. Very cute. I would take a gander at the navigation. One thing that is not clear is the "up" link. I don't think it has much of a meaning for most people. I think you also need some contact information on each page for the tennis club...at least an e-mail address, though it might be nice to have an address, too. Best wishes, Sandy ------------------ Stu Reilly Design Allegheny Web Dreamweaver Sites

Thanks Sandy, for your input. I will address those issues. The bullet issue occured when I upgraded to FP 2002. It put the bullets in their own cell??? I haven't had time to clean that up yet. ------------------ Janney

Hi Janney, Pat has answered the question about what opera is - i really would be inclined to download it if I were you. It's getting more and more market share also because it's the most compliant of all the browsers it'll give you a very good indication of how future versions of internet explorer and netscape are likely to behave. Mark.

I did download Opera. Thanks for the suggestion.Take a look at the modifications of http://nrrctennis.com. I took several of Sandy's suggestions. I am still miffed about the &bull problem. The site looks fine in NN 6.0 and 6.1. My web host assures me that the latest extensions have been installed. ------------------ Janney
