It's real important to have text on your opening page and a way to get into your site for people that don't have the Flash plug-in enabled (like Gil) Just took a quick look and it seems in the small table at the right the bottom is a bit wiggy. Nice template, though!

"It did not run" because I don't allow any active X controls to run. With the state of virus attacks today, you'll find more and more people blocking "non-content" related processes. Like Pat says, you really need to have a way to access the "real" site without the "fluff". ------------------ Gil Harvey The Host Factory Resellers are our speciality "Indecision may or may not be my problem"

Try it now....adding word. Your thoughts. Not sure what was meant by "bit wiggy" again, I don't see that..do I need another browser?

The wording is good and now Gil will be able to get into your site. By "a bit wiggy" I mean the image boxbottom.gif is a little bit offset to the right. Makes it look jaggedy in IE. Looks ok in NN, though.

Ok, now I get to the "real" site. Nice layout, except: My Neighbor was looking over my shoulder and asked what I was clicking on to change pages - seems he is "semi" colorblind and could not see any links! You might want a little more contrast between background and link colors. Nice site. ------------------ Gil Harvey The Host Factory Resellers are our speciality "Indecision may or may not be my problem"

I like using orange in sites but that orange and yellowy orange arent a good combination. I know its a tamplate but I would never use those 2 colours together. IMO its bad business not to consider the low vision and colour blind people of the world.

There is a chart here that shows web safe colours as seen by people with deuternopia, the most common form of red/green colour blindness.http://www.visibone.com/colorblind/ Apparantly about 9% of the population have some form or degree of colour blindness. ------------------ Katherine InKK Design LinKKs - Kilkenny's Online Magazine -*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* "Dogs have owners, cats have staff!"

Good, clean, professional looking site. Easy to navigate, and thanks for the "enter here" on the Flash intro. PLUS, I like the colors. But nine percent of the population is a pretty big chunk of people, so that's something to pay attention to.Good site...well done.

Gee, I purchase the template from here. Are those types of things not taken into place when they create them for purchase or am I suppose to know this? Just curious.

Keep in mind that if EVERYTHING was taken into account we would be putting black text on white pages. It is up to you to determine the usability needs of your audience. I like the site and for me flash isn't a problem nor are the colors. You have to decide what's a deal-breaker for your audience. That's what makes this work so much fun!

Thanks for the feedback, I will leave it as is and I will take the colorblind into consideration the next time.

Ok, sense color is an issue, how do I go about exchanging a template, is that possible. Or how do I change the color of site from orange to what?

I am by no means an expert, but here's how I would go about changing the font color on the buttons:It looks like the site is using a theme to control that, so open the web, click on "format" then "theme." Then click on "modify" and choose "colors." Click "custom" and then select "navigation text." Change it to whatever you want and then save it. ------------------ "Zoiks!" Yes, that just hit me, but I don't think it will work as it is a template. Well let you know.

It works within the frontpage editor, but it does show when I published the web.

What Joy said was correct, assuming the template is governed by a theme, which I assume it is. Try changing the navigation text to black or some other color that will contrast well.Be sure to save your changes to the theme and be sure you are not viewing a cached copy on your browser. That template is governed by a theme. You can change the nav text to any color you like.

I did it, I change it. It took a couple of times to get it to upload. I am no longer in violation of the ADA Act (Americans with Disabilities Act)...or at least I think so. thanks for your input.

Take the alt text off of the bullets its not needed. A screen reader will identify the bullet and tell the user its there.
