Does ANYONE have anything that can help me create a simple membership based web site, with a one time fee of $!! PLEASE... client is going some where else if I can do this!!!

Rather impatient aren't we. As Spooky has said, you can use his Login Program, provided you are on a Windows based server.

If you are using a Unix server you have the choice of PHP or ASP. And remember you will have to use SQL for ASP rather than MSAccess connections.

Otherwise there's the very non-secure way of using a JavaScript login, wouldn't recommend it though
