I'm trying to publish my webpages and I am completely new to this. After I attempt to publish it I get the message "Could not find a web server at "www.blahblahblah.com". Please check to make sure that the web server name is valid and yout proxy settings are set correctly.

I'm using global Internet Solutions as a provider and I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong on my end or if something is giong on at their end- their site was shut down for a week or so recently.

any hints? thanks
