Hypermart.net I found is the best - about 20 min to get set up and no problems uploading
Downside: Have to display large pop up banners.

Others:
Geocities.com - small pop up banner, problems with uploading pages

Angelfire: only a banner at the top of your page, but problems with forms and takes the longest to upload your site and /or make changes.

Conclusion: If at all possible, do not waste your valuable time on free hosts because:
1. Problems with uploading
2. Have to display pop up banners on your site which annoys visitors
3. No tel no to call in case of problems
4. You give the impression of not appearing professional
5.Several free hosting companies have gone out of business eg Myfreeoffice.com and Hotyellow.com leaving 1000s of people without their sites hosted anymore.
6.Your site will not show up in many of the search engines.

Solution:
Register a domain name and get low cost web hosting
Action: Go to isitebuild.com and click on "free web hosting foreever"
For $35, you will get a domain name and free web hosting foreever with no banners, enough space for your site and good customer service.(a tel no).
