PWS on win95 (Full Version)

I'm currently attempting to publish a fp2k web via http from an NT to a 95 machine running PWS. I have the fp2k server extensions intalled on the 95 machine, however it still will not allow me to publish, instead giving me a "403.1 Error".
Are there any known issues with publishing via http to PWS on a 95 machine? Another other problems with PWS on 95 I should know about?

Are you using PWS 4?

Check that the extensions are indeed installed by opening your PWS web.

File > Open Web > http://127.0.0.1/

Now check the extension version > Tools > Web settings >

It should be 4.0x
