Our intranet server (running NT 4.0 with IIS and FrontPage 98) is not allowing anyone who does not have Administration, Authoring, and Browsing rights access to their webs.The system reports "Server Error: The web server is busy. Please try again." for anyone without Administrator rights. The Webmasters (with Administration rights) do not get this at all, and general access for browsing is not affected.
Can anyone out there offer any suggestions as to what may be causing this? I've talked to other personnel and poured through tech data, and gotten nowhere. HELP!
