Thanks Brian, I sent you the code. When I click on the cm.htm file, it is an actual Amazon ad. I have literally scores of these files, with no end in site, in my web. I've been overwriting them since the ad displays on the page where I place it, for example here: http://www.digicamhelp.com/camera-shop/other-digital-cameras.htm Interestingly enough, I asked other Amazon Associates if they have any cm.htm files and they said no. I didn't ask what program they used to create their sites. However, I'm wondering. I know of a couple of sales made through my site but Amazon has no record of them associated with my Associate ID, even though I forwarded them the sales information. As a result, I'm not getting any compensation for those sales. I didn't make one sale through the Christmas season so I'm got suspicious and made a test sale the other day from my site. It went through. Amazon support can't pinpoint a problem. Do you think it can be because I overwrote some cm.htm files, even though the actual ads still appear where I place them? In fact, before I ever thought about a possible connection today, I deleted an entire folder of cm.htm pages because Amazon told me they had nothing to do with their ads. This is maddening. I've put in countless hours setting up the ads prior to Christmas. Even used AdWords to get folks to my site. gail
