If you need 500mb of space you obviously have a really ginormous site. Right? If not then shop around. Having had a look at that site you spoke of I get the impression you get no support for that price - at least it mentions support in the more expensive plan above but not in the $9.95 one. Also you only have 5 email accounts - not a lot for a 500 mb site!

For that price you will easily find a host that offers FP extensions, though perhaps less space. It is a common thing for people to think that a lot of space means good value but that is not necessariy the case unless you are actually using the space. As an example the two site listed below in my signature use between them less that 20 mb, and they are not small and both have several subwebs you will not readily find.
