I have started getting the following error and can't upload. Have never had this problem before and have not changed anything. Anyone know what the following means?

Microsoft Frontpage (error)(Yellow triangular sign with exclamation mark in it)
Could not find a web server at 'www.domainname.org' on port 80.
Please check to make sure that the web server name is valid and
your proxy settings are set correctly. If you are sure that
everything is correct, the web server may be temporarily
out of service.
