cannot open frontpg.lck. No such file or folder. - 4/9/2001 19:48:00

I get this message while trying to publish to a sub-domain. i.e. http://clientname.mydomain.com

All other publishing on this new host has been successful. Any hints on how to correct this problem will be appreciated!
