As a Newbie to the site I've found the posts very helpful and surprised at the level of detail people go into when explaining themselves.

By all means browse my site and provide any feedback you feel necessary.

Hi there and welcome to OutFront.

Personally, I would lose the background - it made my eyes go funny after a while. Also I would do something about your links changing to bold type when your mouse over them - it makes the whole page move up and down. Why not use a different colour or use a graphical menu system instead.

you could tone the backgground down a bit - maybe half the opacity it is now. also the animated bits get annoying after a shirt while. ditto the link style - either a different colour or take the underline off (on hover)

I hate to say this, but I can see that you have been generally lazy with writing this site. For one, it is a FrontPage theme, and unless used properly, the all look tacky, and I echo Andy, lose the background, it's awful.

There is also very little content on the page, not good for a site with the intent of what you have for it. Add more content about the services you provide, yes it will slow down the loading time a little, but it will attract more customers.

And lose the graphics down the bottom of the page, especially the hit counter. Hit counters add th signature of "amateur" to the page, avoid them at all costs, if you must have one, get an invisible one. The Windows 2000 graphic is over powering and sticks out like a sore thumb, and it looks like you just threw it in there to fill out the page. If you don't want to lose, at least shrink it down a bit.

Dan

It looks OK for a newbie, but since you offer the services related to web presence, your website should look more professional, otherwise people won't believe you.
Also I would agree that reading white against black background is rather painful for eyes.
But never give up :) Just try and learn and you will do the best :)
