Calendar Script - 2/19/2004 14:19:50
Is there a good calendar script out there that interfaces easily with frontpage? I'd like to load events into the days when necessary.

Most FrontPage users just pick up another script from a 3rd party such as www.hotscripts.com and then use that with FrontPage. Depending what server you are on, hotscripts should have a variety of calendar scripts to work from. They won't work inside frontpage as an "add-on" but you can still use them.

I keep recommending this one but I like it and the one-calendar version is free. Check out Brown Bear Software. It can even update your Outlook calendar.

The demo sure looks very nice. But the install really bites. And I mean really bites. I gave up after about 5 minutes of looking around.

Where is the one you have installed at?

They should make another version that lets you just use the perl script with little installation required.

Here are a couple you can look at:

www.calendarscript.com I prefer this one a friend uses it on his site www.ddrtx.org

www.htmlcalendar.com

Another good place to look is at www.cgi-resources.com
Do a search on calendar and you will get both free and ones that you have to pay for.

Here's a FREE HTML calendar that I use on one of my clients sites.
