Cannot open HTML pages in "protected" Folder - 4/27/2001 23:52:00
I have a web on an Apache server. I created a protected "members" folder which needs a valid user name and password. It works fine from the browser but when I open the web live in FP2000 I cannot access any of the HTML files in the protected folder or sub folders. I have changed permissions until blue in the face but nothing helps. When I click on an HTML page FP askers me for my password again - however when I enter the information nothing happens, in fact FP locks up and I have to manfully shut it down. I tried the change to the registry web server extensions but it didn't help.

Any help is appreciated.
