Yes, I'm hosted with them.
To be honest mine is only a very small site but I can't see that you would have any problems with these guys regardless of what you intend to do. Whenever I mail them a query they're generally back in contact either immediately or within the hour.
Even when I found that vim was not installed on the server (for ssh editing) they took less than 2 hours to install it and get back to me to tell me it was done (on a Saturday)!
Recommended to anyone I know / anyone I arrange hosting for. Don't know how it's so cheap but even if you pay £300+ somewhere else I doubt very much that you'll get a better service! They've replied to my mails morning noon and night (and weekend)... so I think they're probably contactable 24/7.
For an example site - mine is http://www.owenshouse.net and I bet it never goes down!
Anyway I wanted to give something back because they've been fantastic so hence the response.
