I don't know if I'm the only one having trouble with the new Yahoo Inclusion but just in case try this link

I took me a bunch of times for it to take but it will work if you keep trying. It beats paying the 300 bucks [:D]

Commercial sites have to pay the money to get into the directory.

The Yahoo free inclusion has been there for years

As you go through the process, they try to determine if it's a commercial site, and steer you over to the pay deal.
