KevinM -> Windows 2000 server extension problems (6/19/2001 14:35:00)
I am relatively new to FP2000 (actually using FP2002)and I purchased one of the OutFront templates to get something up quickly. The template included search and a form for contact information which I have not been able to get working. We run Windows 2000 with service pack 2 installed, and we have tried installing the server extensions numerious times with no visible effect. I have three questions
1. Can anyone take a look at the site and tell me if the server extensions are running? (c-grp.com)
2. Are there alternatives to get around the sever extension problems and use the features of the installed template? Should I purchase the search engine from OutFront to get around problems with the FP2002 Serv ext and bot problems.
3. Similar question about the contact form, is there a way around the problem by purchasing something else.
Thanks in advance

What I did was delete the old server extensions, and then download the new Svr. Exts. into my web folder.
It might help to do a fresh start.
My problem came after.

Thanks Flashlight, we will try again, but I am sure we tried this a few times. What version of extensions did you re-load?

You must have hit it while we were rebooting after deleting the original extensions and then re-installing.
