Please help - How do I uninstall FP 2000 Extensions? - 6/20/2001 23:27:00
How do you Uninstall Frontpage extensions? I have no idea. I am getting many errors and have been told that I need to uninstall the extensions and then reinstall them. I have that page from Microsoft printed out that tells me to uninstall them, but it does not tell you how! And I have no idea how to do it. I have searched Frontpage all over, but have no idea how to uninstall the extensions and reinstall them. I think I reinstall them by downloading them from Microsoft, but how do I uninstall them also? Please help. I am a one man operation that works out of his home and depends on Frontpage to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you...Sincerely, Brad Turnow

Hi BradLike Tom side in your other post.....removing PWS (Personal Web Server) will also remove the FP extensions from your WIN98 machine. Reboot and then just reinstall the PWS from the WIN98 CD or from >>>Control Panel>>>Add/Remove Programs>>Windows Setup. In your IIS console you can right click on the folder you want to remove them from. Choose "Tasks". You should have the option to remove or repair the extensions.
