"Server Application Error
The server has encountered an error while loading an application during the processing of your request. Please refer to the event log for more detail information. Please contact the server administrator for assistance."

So I looked in the event viewer and I see
"DCOM got error "Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password. " and was unable to logon CUSTSERV238\IWAM_CUSTSERV238 in order to run the server:
{049901CA-486D-11D5-87FC-00B0D082DC33} "

Then I see another event log entry just above that from Source W3SVC Event 36
"The server failed to load application '/LM/W3SVC/1/Root'. The error was '80080005'. "

The WACK part of all this is as follows:
if I type in http://custserv238
the PWS serves up the default html page fine.
If I type in http://dhale
it serves up the default html page also.

I would have expected the custserv238 default page to stop functioning as when I look in PWS manager it shows
"Web publishing is on. Your home page is available at http://dhale

Ideas? Other than to ask mis to rename me back to custserv238?
