Form processing error message - 7/4/2001 21:46:00
I've posted a site and I have two forms for visitors to submit information. One form works fine and the other gets me this message:Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions' Smart HTML interpreter on this non-HTML page: "http://216.198.238.48/membership_information.htm" I have deleted the form on the page and rebuilt it with the Form Wizard twice. I have also re-built it manually twice. My hosting company has been trying to work through it with me, but we are out of ideas on how to fix it. If you want to view the page, go to http://216.198.238.48/membership_information.htm Any help would be great!!!!!!

Work fine. I just sent you a long note. I know what you mean. I used 3 pay webhost and none have been able to perform satisfactory to my needs. I've tried HostPro, Bizland and TSTonramp and all have had problems. The most reliable has been Tripod. If I could pay Tripod to remove the banner ads I would, but I can't find where to pay them. My forms have been excellent on Tripod. Also note that the 3 pay web host customer support was virtually useless as they knew less about FrontPage than myself-LOL. Stay away from these companies if you want to use FrontPage component. If you just want to browse there are many web host out there that are cheaper and just as reliable. Just use ftp rather than http to upload[This message has been edited by fptester (edited 07-13-2001).]

Thanks for the help. The hosting company "reset permissions" and the form started working fine right before you guys tested it. Thanks for the help!
