W2K & PWS? W2K comes with IIS5, dump PWS and use the IIS server.
What language is the script? If it's Perl - have you installed Perl?

If you upgraded from W98 AND PWS was installed IIS 'should' have been installed by default. If not click "Start" -> "Help" -> click the "Index" Tab -> type "IIS" and choose "Installing, Upgrading"

Go to http://www.cpan.org/ to find more about Perl and where to downlod it.
