J-man -> WPS ; win98 errors (9/28/2001 16:11:00)

When i install for fp2000 in win98, i get these errors (using www-C:\Inetpub\wwwroot):
DLLRegisterServer failed on C:\windows\system\inersrv\iishema.dll, 0x80070057 The parameter is incorrect
And:
unkown error occured while making MTS specific changes to the system registry. Error Code = 0x80004005
(MTS id my DLS provider)
And:
Setup of "Tranaction Server Core Components " failed. The specific error code is 0xfee670. Setup will continue but the component may not function properly.
And this error:
pws-error - GetData 0x80070057 The parameter is in correct
(I get five of these errors in a row)
And then this error:
"Microsoft Tranaction Sever setup was not completed successfully"
What does itmean or what do they mean, and i believe this is why i can't test my page.asp and and also run the customized asp?
