Re-establishing FP98 Sites after harddrive crash? - 10/2/2001 20:59:00
After a harddrive crash, we are having difficulties getting my FP98 sites back up.
Error messages call for FP extensions. My
ISP has installed FP2002 extensions? Are these OK for FP98 sites? We are leaving
"path" blank; should we enter a path? Attempts to publish using webpost loses FP functionality. Need quick fix. Thanks.

There is a screen that asks for host address or name (I don't have the software on this computer), then in the next line it asks for path. This screen comes up after I hit the publish icon. The screen after this asks for username and password.

I've asked my ISP to install FP98 extensions instead of FP2002 and he said he will. The site is cdgale.com I'd like to publish to
cdgale.com/catalog and other sub-webs. Each sub-web is set up as a different website in the FP98 system.

Thanks.
Dave
