I don't like them as plain text words though. I think it would be grand if you made trans. graphics of the words using that neat green font and put them in the B page where you have the text words now. They will be trans graphics because I don't think that the font is very universal, so it will be as you suggested. I was just too tired at the end of the day to create the graphics for them.....so I just put in the fonts. In fact, I was too lazy to even couch that topic in my original post, and I knew I should have. (in reply to Peppergal)

I was afraid that they might come across as links. I was going to use that font as the links, but I don't think it is common enough to display across the board, so I went with Arial. And I don't want to add any more image weight with nav link graphics. (I don't think, anyway.) (in reply to jaybee)

Don't be upset.......... I don't like either one ===== I like the original (C) better. - it is not so crunched together - there is more to read, and more to sell me - I like the deep red to offset the green So, I would say that the original needs to be spruced up, yes, but I am just not thrilled on either of the two that stand to replace it. Perhaps if you made the centre section deeper so tht whole thing fills the page rather than having the blank strip along the bottom. Well, that is only my opinion and design eye. I like the top part. I dont like the bordered center that goes fills the page from left to right... maybe if it left a few pixels on either side open. Also, not so thick a border. I like the navigation on A but not on B. Sorry Thanks, Lori. The original - C - the client doesn't like it and said to change it. Change it to a " less cluttered" opening page. I pleaded with them to understand the "there's more to sell" on that format concept. They wanted an opening page that says "I want to come into this place based on the opening page." I disagree with the extra click that it takes to get into the web site..... but they are the client...... And I also pleaded for the offset maroon to balance the greens......deaf ears.....
