Windows ME and PWS?? - 10/16/2001 20:33:00
I have just purchased a PC with Windows ME but I can't seem to find the Personal Web Server? Doe it have one? And if not, what can I use as an alternative.

Thanks

Well, that explains quite a lot... So, what do you use in Windows ME? (I'm using ME, and want to get off it asap. It's a TERRIBLE memory manager...) I mean, how do you handle the PWS issue?

I have used MS PWS with ME and had no problems with PWS (ME is another story) I downloaded mine (NT option pack 4)from here

make sure you also install the server extensions.
