Un-installing server extensions.... - 10/18/2001 19:06:00
Hi everyone,

We are currently trying to un-install FP server extensions (FP2k extensions) from our NT4 IIS server. Although the un-install seems to work ok, we are still getting extra tabs in our IIS management console (server extensions tabs). We have repeated the process and restarted the server many times, but to no avail.

Can anyone help us please...

Cliff

I have had this same problem. I believe that if you actually want to remove those tabs and not have anything to do with FP extensions anymore, you will have to hack the registry. If you are planning to re-install the extensions, don't worry about them. they will work after the re-install. Even if you go to the 2002 extensions, IIS will work fine.

Thanks. I'll give it a go. These extensions are a nightmare.....

Appreciate the reply.
