good job

i would lose the border around the Quaid's Picture Gallery picture so that there is no blue outline.

There is a lot going on in the first page. I dislike that but that might be just me.

I think the first page looks very nice, but I do agree that the border needs to be removed on the Quaid's Picture Gallery.

This is a portal site, and there is a need for all of the information on the front page.

The "Best of the Week" section does not look that great. Maybe have it broken into two different areas.

Use:
Best Baby Of the Week and
Best Model Of the Week.

Have them be inside the current Best of the Week box, but have it broken into two more rows.

I think the background color for "Horoscope/Palmistry" looks very nice, and you should try to use that more for the rest of the portal page.

If I saw this web site, I would most likely just leave because it does not explain what it is for, and who it is targetting.

Some of your sub pages start to look somewhat dull. I think if you add the same background color I mentioned above, it would make the pages look better. I know that you might have to redo a few font colors, and tables backgrounds, but if you redo those to work with the new background color, I think your web site will look a little more flowing.

The only other thing I noticed that this web site lacks that is needs is a search engine! You must have a search function for this web site, portals tend to get soo large that the only way you can navigate through them is by going to the search function and searching for what you are looking for.

Lastly, I would spell "egreeting" like "E-Greeting".
