I just lost major ranking for some reason and my ranking can't pass page 47 in google and this has been gogin on for about 3 months and I did nothing to teh site. Can someone dilebertly harass google and pretend it is me and get me poor positioning?

Being somewhat a Google skeptic, I have to wonder about that. I will not bring up the methods here, but there are things that can be done to hurt another site. I think it would have more to be with the fact that most hosts use shared hosting, and someone on the same IP address as your site has been harrassing the services, and brought down the general Google rating for that IP address. But if you have a dedicated server, you should look into your visiting traffic, look at the sources. if people are coming from the infamous "illegality" sites then that mught drop the rating on your site.
