table hover - 5/5/2004 12:02:50
I have a navigation structure set up like so:

home
links
contact

and each link lies in a separate table. I'd like to set up each table to be white as is and on hover, the entire table background be yellow. I'm having some difficulty setting this up. I have a javascript that will do it, but i was trying to do it via CSS. Can someone help me out?

And if this is possible, can i set up the link options (font size, font, hover actions) within the table settings too, or do they need to be set up as a separate class?

Here's the site that I'm trying to clean the code up: Hospital Receivables Service
Take a look at the nav bar on the left.

thanks,
Lil

If this is possible,

It isn't.

No.

The contents of the cells are what need to be the links.

Even if it were valid to try to do it you'd fail anyway because IE doesn't properly support the hover pseudo element.
