It looks good - clean - not cluttered which is my pet peeve. Consider a couple things tho;
1. on home page, you have a nice nav on the left that lists some prodict categories but when I click on one, the page that comes up doesnt have this so i have to go back to the home page. so for example, i click bags,,then want to check out belts- i have to go back to the home page.
2. i know you site map is a site map but..in your case, its really a complete product lising! id probably name it that.
3. on home page, you make statement that 94% shiped in one day whcih begs the question..how long for the other 6%. maybe that just me i dodnt know.
anyway, nice job

Might just be my machine, but whne I have any of my browsers at a smaller than full screen size, the page overlaps, and I get a horizontal scroll bar - not good
Otherwise very good, nice n clean

Like dpf said before, navigation is the issue on your site. I noticed you have it at the bottom of your sub pages but it would really be nicer to have it on the side of the screen.
For my personal taste the site has to much contrast in colors - there is dark green, blue, red , black on white. I would rather tone it down a bit.
