I don't really understand your situation... Are you running 2 different domains, pointing to the same content? Or, are you pointing 2 different domains to 2 different web sites, but they are the same? If the former: No big dead. I have dozens of domian names pointing to a single site. If the latter: I keep hearing the figure 15%. Keep your pages at least 15% different to avoid any duplicate content filters. quote:

Eventually, I was nailed with a PR0. I changed one of the sites, waited a couple of weeks and both were back. Although, I have heard of sites getting grey-bared --- banned. From that, there is almost no coming back.
