= is converting to % 3 D in querystrings. Not Good! - 6/5/2004 23:39:49
Hi all:
Here is the code:

The = are converting to % 3 D in the querystring. PayPal has to have it as a = to read it. How can I stop = from converting to % 3 D?

Is that the correct format? I would expect to see some other sort of code there, to show a querystring has started.
eg https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_xclick&business=....
Obviously itll change with the different methods you use - but check thats right.
I agree, it is strange looking, but correct!
