why would something run way slower in its own app pool than in the default app pool?? Settings are the same.

Hate to be the nosey one, but what is the main software environment based on? (Windows/Linux/Mac) and what's teh main app pools you're refering too. I don't need exact version numbers, just a generalisation Dan

Windows 2003 Server + ASP.NET, they sometimes require the same components of software when running. It M$ not being clelver enought to allow them to use the components at the same time. Go Fiigure At least it work now Dan
