Easily findable as WHAT? You don't list any keywords that your using to easily find your site.
The site is not optimised for SEO anyway.
Your using fp hover buttons with no text links how is the se expected to follow through the site? It won't see hover buttons you know, and they are not good for a bunch of other reasons.
No link in text to a sitemap or a site map I can see.
no pp, no contact form or email link no alt tags...
pause for breath .. and no description or keywords tag on the homepage I did not go any further.
Join a good SEO class like
