[&:]hi everyone, i'm using dreamweaver to make a webpage and am wondering how to turn a flash button i've inserted into a dropdown menu so that when i move my mouse over the flash button, all other options drop down and are displayed...please help me ASAP!!

I don't use FLASH, and refuse to learn anything about it as I cannot stand it, so I am not sure how to help you.

Umm....the simple answer to this is, you don't. Buttons are buttons, not drop down menus. They have been specifically designed to be buttons. You would have to create your own with either SWISH or FLASH.

True, as Lori and Dan have said, you can't buy a dog and ask it to purr, it's just not going to happen. Try this tutorial http://www.computerarts.co.uk/tutorials/default.asp?pagetypeid=2&articleid=17698&subsectionid=846&subsubsectionid=761 it's from one of my favourite computer magasines. Swish is a good option, but in Flash you'll need to research a bit on ActionScript etc. Regards.

Mark is right - you need to insert actionscripting into the .fla file and recompile... frankly, javascript drop down would be simpler if you are not "into" flash

And IE don't support the required psuedo classes[:)]
