Form Submit Problem - 8/4/2004 13:56:18
Alright, The problem with my forms is kinda weird. After the form is filled out and submitted the user gets this message

Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page: "http://www.warnerpacific.edu/admissions/forms/finaid_loanform.htm"

However the form does submit. I'm really confused on this one.

I would ask your host to double check the FP extn's... see if that helps.

Thats one of the problems. I'm at a school and we host ourselves and we just upgraded to Windows Server 2003 and have been having trouble with it. The extensions are fine. We've been having problems with it since we upgraded.

HI Ziggyzaz,

Both your File and Confirmation paths have extra file fluff.

File Results:
../../_private/form_results.txt

For file results, just get the red out.

Confirmation URL:
../finaid_confirmation.htm

Get the red out here as well.

Make sure finaid_confirmation.htm exists in the root web. Could have been just the fluff causing a problem.

I advise, always double and triple check form properties for syntax errors.

I'm working with ZiggyZaz on this problem...I am getting a new error when I load the page...

It's telling me that there is a problem with:

Line: 199
Char: 20
Error: Expected ')'
Code: 0
URL: http://www.warnerpacific.edu/admissions/forms/finaid_loanform.htm

I looked at this spot in the page and I am not seeing anything that could be causing the problem...any one see something I'm not?

Richelle
