But not if you look at what's going on behind the scenes, check out http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fsmartrates.biz%2F and you'll notice a 'few' errors. Also, consider the functionality of the site without JavaScript being enabled, can users access the Products and Services section? Overall though, the aesthetics are nice and well presented.
