Dave,Open up your page in the front page editor, then click the HTML tab. In the HTML view look for the <title></title> tags located at the top of the page between the <head></head> tags. You can change the title of the page by changing the information between the title tags.
Example:
<title>Your old page title</title>
<title>Your new page title<title>
then click save and your page will have a new title without changing any of the information in the body of the page (links, graphics..etc)
