I need opinions - 8/28/2004 11:01:40
Hi,
I added a virtual woman to my site but have mixed feelings about keeping her. What do you think, is she tacky or not? Should she stay or should she go? 
Non web professional friends think she's great but the opinions from real users is what I need.

a little goofy as pepper says but not too ad..if your site was a doctor or some professionaly i would say no way but it isnt inconsistent with the "high tech" content. i agree with pepper on the sound altho personally, i hate sound so much i surf with it off.

She does fit in the style and tone of the site but can you do something about the voice. It sounds a bit like she is on helium.
Personally, I would never purchase any goods or services from any site with a virtual woman but that's just my opinion.

I appreciate the feedback, I will be removing her with maybe an option to click and a pop up window for her. Also maybe as a helper in my support center. Going to a site with immediate sound irratates the heck out of me also, especially when its late and my familys sleeping.
